Relax as wearable compression sleaves cycle assist with cycling fluids such as lactic acid buildup out of our muscles. After compression, you’ll experience an infrared sauna designed to heat your body all prior to you
Cold Tub Immersion Hydrotherapy
Our cold tubs were designed specifically to ensure your body is in a controlled environment for a proper ‘cold water shock’. In addition to reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, Augment’s cold tub immersion therapy has been shown to improve immune system response by increasing the production of both white blood cells and platelets. The cold temperature has the ability to kick start your immune system, strengthen your muscles and protect you from illness..
Traditional Ambient Heat Sauna
Step into the calming warmth of our Traditional Ambient Heat Sauna, where dry heat surrounds your body to promote deep relaxation, detoxification, and overall well-being. By raising your core body temperature in a controlled, comfortable environment, this sauna helps improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and support the natural cleansing processes of the body. Ideal for those seeking a timeless, invigorating wellness experience.

BioCharger NG Therapy
BioCharger is a platform that transmits energy to stimulate and invigorate your entire body. Each function is designed to align your body and mind all the way down to the cellular level.
Additional Modalities
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
In our soft-shell Oxyflow Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Chamber, the air pressure is increased 1.3 times higher than normal air pressure. Under these conditions, your lungs will gather much more oxygen than would be possible breathing pure oxygen at normal air pressure. This extra oxygen yields a broad variety of positive physiological, biochemical, and cellular effects.
HBOT accelerates the body’s natural healing process by increasing the amount of oxygen in the blood. Treatment takes place in a sealed chamber where oxygen and pressure are steadily increased. Body tissue needs enough oxygen to function properly. Tissue that is damaged through exercise or injury requires more oxygen to heal. Many difficult-to-heal injuries are “hypoxic” (deprived of oxygen). Hyperbaric oxygen therapy speeds up the healing process by delivering oxygen to these injured areas.
